The Opportunity and about the role:
To drive digital marketing operations across HCA’s recruitment function building a multi-faceted approach to attract suitable candidates to HCA. This will be achieved through growing HCA’s brand influence, awareness and attractiveness as a preferred employer and being supported by targeted communications.

Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring HCA’s digital campaigns for recruitment across all digital networks.

Responsibilities include:
Develop annual digital strategy including, actions, goals, and detailed budget for management approval.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Plan and manage HCA’s social media platforms.
Prepare accurate reports on our recruitment campaign’s overall performance.
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and proposals for adoption, where appropriate
Develop and manage a partner relationship program to build links among influencers and thought leaders in our industry
Essential Qualifications and attributes

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
