They work with Local Government, schools and other organisations to produce, fun and unique playground designs with an ultimate goal of creating happier and healthier communities.

Role
To support their continued growth plan, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Specialist for north-west Melbourne and Western Victoria. Your main focus in this role will be to proactively promote the products by presenting proposals and closing business through consultatively outlining the features and benefits and company vision to relevant industry targets.

Other responsibilities:
Have a high level of activity through networking and cold calling to build a solid sales and project pipeline
Develop relationships with new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Identify and participate in industry related trade shows
Handle all quotations and tender submissions in a timely manner
Oversee installation as required
Stay ahead of competitor behaviour and industry trends
You
Experienced in solution selling of high-end products, you have a natural competitive streak, and consider yourself to be a target driven "hunter". Previous colleagues describe you as a strategic thinker, who is decisive and can get on with the task at hand. You are known for your charismatic personality and ability to build quick rapport with all stakeholders.

Previous experience in specification sales
Strong planning skills and effective time management
Strong commercial acumen
Prior experience preparing and presenting tenders
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills, ability to close sales in a timely manner

Proven Business Development skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Reward
Expect a dynamic, fast paced culture, working alongside driven individuals who believe in winning as a team. OTE for this role sits between $110K- $130K which is made up of a competitive base salary, superannuation, generous car allowance and competitive bonus structure.
