Job Description

To support our continued growth, we have a newly created opportunity for Inside Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales team to help us to attract and onboard new merchants. We're looking for people who are sales hungry with a proactive mindset. Ideally you'll have experience in cold calling or have previously worked in an Inbound/Outbound sales team.

There are a few things that we’ll need you to be across from the start and your role may evolve over time but, in the 1st instance, here’s an insight into what you could be doing:

Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Conducting a high level of outbound calls to source new business prospects
Qualifying inbound prospects
Negotiating solutions by converting prospects to merchants
Successfully onboard new merchants by helping them achieve desired outcomes within the honeymoon period
Ad hoc training requirements
Following industry trends and competitor activity
Reporting on activity, status, success, and areas requiring improvement
Negotiating with internal stakeholders
Achieve monthly merchant acquisition and volume targets

Qualifications

As mentioned, we’re on quite a ride at the moment as we grow at pace! Change is constant here so we’re always looking for self-starters who can get roll up their sleeves and crack on! To ensure your success in the role we do have a few key requirements so read on and see if any of these align with your skills and experience:

Strong written and communication skills
Proven sales skills
Excellent presentation skills
Self-discipline
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Inside Sales team experience favourable.
