We’ve partnered up with iCope Digital Screening and we are looking for experienced and resilient individual who loves a challenge and wants to assist with Diagnostic iCope Program to introduce our customers / medical professionals a new screening platform to help detect pre and post-natal depression in new or expecting mothers; so if you have experience in Outbound call center and want to be a part of a project with a great purpose then we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced outbound call centre sales agent who enjoys the B2B environment, likes to speak to people and is able to spark the interest!
The candidate will have previous outbound call centre experience. You will be provided with ongoing training and support to ensure you can be successful.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
Outbound calls to prospective customers with intent to sell the concept
Providing a great customer / sales experience
Represent our brand to Medical Professionals
Input appropriate data for new and existing customers
Work with an automated dialler system
Achieve targets

To excel in this role, you will need to :
Have a positive and mature mindset
Be skilled in outbound calling, strong warm/cold B2B sales experience
Have strong objection handling and problem solving skills
Previous experience working to targets and KPI’s
Be self-motivated
Have great follow up skills and attention to detail
Strong stakeholder/relationship management ability with excellent communication skills.
Able to create rapport
