Practice Lead - Clinical

Six-month, full-time opportunity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced clinician able to work in collaboration with our Clinical and Care Governance team in providing expertise in clinical support and data analysis. No two days will be the same as this strong leadership position will be responsible for audits, risk mitigation, research projects and relevant staff training including internal education programs and clinical development. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team and be able to build, foster and maintain key stakeholder relationships with relevant health organisations, government representatives and service providers.

About you

To be considered for this rewarding role, you could currently be a strong clinician working in Aged Care services. We will give you a high degree of freedom and expect you to use your initiative and apply sound judgement in the performance of your duties. Essential criteria for this position include:

• Proven experience in professional people management and in a leadership role.
• Minimum three years-experience in achieving successful outcomes for seniors and support living care services.
• Undergraduate degree in nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Sound knowledge of industry regulations, accreditation standards
