An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, innovated and energetic People & Culture Advisor to join this dynamic and visionary Property Group in growth mode. They are a fast-paced company, currently working on a pipeline of exciting high-end projects.


This is a newly created position on a fixed term 12 month contract with the view to permanent and career progression. Remuneration: $85K to $110K plus super.


In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality Human Resources services and support across the business. As People & Culture Advisor you will work closely with, and under the guidance of the Head of People, Culture & Office to assist with the execution of the company's overall People and Culture strategy.


Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment of key roles for the company, following established recruitment processes and interview guidelines in order to recruit the best quality candidates for each role.
  • Coordinate interview times with candidates and recruitment firms for Senior Managers.
  • Provide advice for candidate sourcing strategies and maintain relationships with relevant recruitment firms.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, variations, remuneration letters and maintain development plans.
  • Assist with management and maintaining of employee records.
  • Maintain PD's to ensure consistency in substance and format.
  • Maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Support Head of People, Culture & Office in executing P & C strategy.
  • Assist in nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Assist with performance management process.
  • Project manage the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
  • Provide sound, accurate advice and support to managers.
  • Assist the business to manage day to day employee issues as they arise.
  • Assist Payroll Manager with employee enquiries.
  • Assist WHS QE Manager with policies and procedures.
  • Induction/Onboarding and Exit Management


Skills and Experience required:


  • 5 years + experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Construction Property or Real Estate experience preferred.
  • Business related Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous presentation, client focused, and friendly disposition.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices/legislation and their application in the workplace.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of industrial and employee relations theory, frameworks, principles, policies and practices and ability to interpret and apply them.
  • Must hold a full drivers licence with excellent driving record as travelling to project site locations when required.
