Position overview:

The purpose of the People Solutions Advisor role is to provide effective and efficient advice, coaching, guidance and support to employees and people leaders through people policy, processes and systems that all lead to an excellent people experience and which enables a high performing culture. This is achieved by establishing our people’s requirements and delivering consistent, personalised and tailored support according to our agreed service delivery with a key focus on our customer: our people at Nine.

Reporting to the Advisory & Transformation Manager, you will work closely with your immediate People Solutions team, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and peers within People & Culture.

Accountabilities.

  • Manage P&C queries for employee and people leader support. 
  • Support our employees and people leaders by providing consistent, credible and timely HR advice according to the relevant industrial relations instrument (Award, Agreement, policy)
  • Enable an effective operation of people systems and processes, e.g. Service Now.
  • Identify opportunities and trends for our overall people experience at Nine to increase capability and to address opportunities as required.
  • Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of the People Solutions function to drive success and effective solutions across the P&C team and our people at Nine.
  • Conduct regular reviews of knowledge management articles on our intranet; identify opportunities to improve the people experience at Nine, keeping in mind our selfservice utilisation and delivery of services.
  • Ensure we remain compliant using relevant Nine policies, laws and regulations
