Opportunity to join an expanding Non-Bank Lender.

Your new company
The Client is a boutique non-bank looking to grow their high-performing team. Established in 2016, Our Client has quickly gained a reputation for offering Australian SME's the best loans options available.

Your new role
Working as a Business Development Manager you will:

  • Develop and foster close relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Brokers and Third-Party Businesses
  • Source your own leads as well as referrals
  • Review and qualify loan applications
  • Manage and grow the existing portfolio


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience as a BDM within Business or Commercial Lending having dealt with secured Lending
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the Credit Matrix surrounding Commercial Lending & Business Banking
  • Experience handling deals sizes between $100k - $5mil +
  • Exposure to Commercial Property deals is desirable
