Department of Customer Service (DCS) is a service provider, regulator and
central agency of government. DCS is undertaking an ambitious digital
transformation of government services, underpinned by its Digital Government
Strategy. About the Role GTP
is currently looking for Principal Business Analyst to join their team. This
will be a 12 month temporary role with potential to extend or
convert to ongoing. This
is an exciting role where you will play a key part in providing digital
solutions to customer problems. As the interface between our customer and
development teams you will determine customer needs, propose and scope
solutions. About you

Technology Platforms (GTP) provides cross sector leadership and delivery of ICT
infrastructure and digital service delivery reforms aligned to the NSW
Government ICT Strategy.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $128,089 base plus superannuation
