The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is a service provider, regulator and central agency of government. DCS is undertaking an ambitious digital transformation of government services, underpinned by its Digital Government Strategy.

About the Role
Government Technology Platforms (GTP) provides cross sector leadership and delivery of ICT infrastructure and digital service delivery reforms aligned to the NSW Government ICT Strategy.

GTP is currently looking for Principal Business Analyst to join their team. This will be a 12 month temporary role with potential to extend or convert to ongoing. 

This is an exciting role where you will play a key part in providing digital solutions to customer problems. As the interface between our customer and development teams you will determine customer needs, propose and scope solutions.

About you
To be successful in this role


  • You will be an experienced senior business analyst with experience working with digital solutions. You love working with people and have a passion for connecting technology to real business outcomes.
  • You are experience in running workshops and have strong presentation skills. You are flexible, adaptable and experienced in working in complex environments
  • You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to foster effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are self-motivated and committed to delivering quality outcomes. 
  • Previous experience with a CRM implementation is essential with Salesforce implementation highly desirable

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $128,089 base plus superannuation
