This dynamic, newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiologist looking for a new challenge.

An exceptional ability to connect, inspire and motivate people are essential. You will educate and guide our clinicians and clinic staff to manage the Audika Specialist Referral Network (ASRN) as well as strengthen our connection with health care professionals (HCPs).

As a skilled Audiologist you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in implants and implantable technology to become the Audika expert. You will also be pivotal in building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to this, as the Medical and Clinical Projects Specialist you will provide support to the Head of Medical Services and Clinical Projects, ANZ. You will develop and deliver quality clinical content through workshops, seminars and training to develop our clinical staff, graduates and support staff.

This is an important role with a good variety of responsibilities including regularly visiting clinics throughout the network. This role is dynamic and through your career at Audika you will be involved in many clinical projects offering you growth and new challenges. Your project management skills will certainly be put to use with some exciting projects planned.

This is a fulltime role can be located in either North Ryde Sydney or Perth

4 days Medical and Clinical Projects Specialist

1 day Clinician

For this opportunity, you will need to have the flexibility to travel as required including regional areas and some interstate travel from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Master of Audiology or equivalent (essential)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a clinician
  • Excellent Communication skills (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Training (desired)
  • Experience presenting to and communicating with health care professionals (desired)
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with senior managers
  • Strong leadership capability to coach, motivate and develop clinicians
  • Strong functional ability with Microsoft Office Site programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Clear and articulate in communication; verbal, written and face to face.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to gain support and collaboration in support of key goals
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally as part of a team
  • Ability to critically review research and journals
  • Ability to critically analyse situations and processes to create positive change
  • Excellent time management and organisation capabilities to manage multiple tasks
  • Deals effectively with rapidly changing priorities
  • Sound problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must have valid Australian drivers’ licence
