Senior Team Member – Rail


Applications are now open for a Senior Architectural Team Member or with a high degree of technical skill and competence across Design, Documentation and Delivery to join our Transport sector on several high-profile rail projects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver architectural documentation for complex rail infrastructure projects across all project stages including to:
  • Develop conceptual massing models and work with project leads to develop designs through concept and schematic design phases
  • Create design presentations, with sufficient knowledge of Adobe software and/or 3D modelling software such as rhino, grasshopper, dynamo
  • Develop coordinated documentation through liaison with consultants and other relevant project stakeholders through design development and construction documentation phases
  • Work closely with the senior project architects to ensure the design intent is maintained through documentation
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects and project packages on time


Skills and Experience:

  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience working on government-based or joint venture Rail projects either in Australia or internationally
  • Advanced skill level in Revit with minimum of 5 years of Revit experience on complex architectural projects
  • Medium to advanced skill level in Adobe Software or other 3D modelling software i.e. Rhino, grasshopper, dynamo
  • Design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated experience applying the requirements of the BCA/NCC, other relevant standards and other consultant reports to complex rail infrastructure projects
  • Experience working in large projects teams on national or international projects
  • Architectural Qualifications to a post-graduate level or equivalent
