This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in our new Robina Office to coordinate all requirements of the office effectively and efficiently. Provide back-up support to Reception & Studio Concierge as required and provide ongoing support to the EA to the Director and Display & Product Manager.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure the office is kept tidy and general policies and procedures for office maintenance are in place;
• Coordinate office maintenance and cleaning as required;
• Liaise with Building management as required;
• Keep up to date with the Organisational Charts;
• Coordination of office furniture supply, install and record keeping as directed;
• Work with Team Leaders and Managers to resolve any Occupational or Workplace safety issues – Robina Office;
• Coordinate & support with office events and catering as required;
• Reception duties and back-up to both Reception and Studio Concierge as required; and
• Ongoing Support to the EA to the Director and Display & Product Manager.

The successful candidate will have:
• Developed PC literacy in the MS Office suite
• Capability to multi-task
• Some relief reception experience would be an advantage
• Professional phone manner, presentation and acute attention detail
• High level customer service skills
• Time management skills and an adaptable nature to work well in challenging situations
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a Team
