The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cellar Attendant to work within a team to ensure the accurate receipt of all stock & the management of stock movements throughout the Club. Your ability to develop, establish & maintain quality relationships is essential. In addition, your eye for detail & commitment to Work Health & Safety will be highly regarded. 

Working in this role will require but is not limited to;

• Receiving & accounting for incoming stock, internal stock movements & stocking bars with beverage & consumable products effectively
• Receiving & accounting for catering stock, stock movements under the direction of the Executive Chef
• Provide stock transfers during trade to departments as needed to ensure efficient operations
• Ability to process incoming & stock transfers
• Cellar maintenance including line cleaning as directed & carrying out general maintenance to the cellar equipment
• Completion & collation of all paperwork & reporting stock discrepancies to the Food & Beverage Controller
• Effective waste management control
• Ensure compliance with food safety principles
• Assist in monthly stock take

This a Full Time position. The successful applicant will have the ability and flexibility to work across a seven-day roster including weekends.

• Hold a valid RSA & RCG Competency Card
• Safe Food Handling certificate desirable but not essential
• Previous cellar experience in similar environment is essential
