Parents Next and Disability Employment Support Case Managers


Kuditj Pty Ltd is currently seeking applications for the role of Parents Next and Disability Employment Support Case Manager (Part-Time) to work with eligible parents of young children to plan and prepare for employment as well as our Disability Employment Support Clients. The program provides intervention and support to these people through strength-based and early intervention strategies that are holistic and family centred. Kuditj is committed to providing our clients with an exceptionally high level of service and you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role/environment where this has been a high priority.

  • Previous Parents Next or Jobactive experience preferred
  • To have experience working in a similar role/industry where you can demonstrate your experience and ability to hit the ground running
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving high-quality outcome-focused results
  • Identify and address barriers
  • Experience in liaising with family, external supports and other key stakeholders
  • Intermediate computer literacy using MS Word; Outlook, Excel and the ESS system
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Understanding and commitment to privacy and confidentiality issues
  • Ability to support participants who have complex needs
  • Work effectively within a team or independently as the role requires
  • Be flexible and available to work across all Peedac sites in the Perth Metropolitan area
  • Hold a current Working with Children Card
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence and have reliable transport
  • Able to provide a satisfactory National Police Certificate
