Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the Mining Open Pit team in Kalgoorlie.

Working 9.5 hour days, this residential 5:2/4:3 role will be responsible for providing administration and general office services to the fast-paced Open Pit Mining team.

Requirements

Essential

• Two (2) years office based administration experience.
• High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office Software.
• Proven organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work extremely well under pressure.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
• Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence.
• Residential based position in the Goldfields region.

Preferred

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative role specifically within the resource industry.
• Tertiary education in Business Administration, or similar completed study.
• Experience on SAMs and Pronto highly desirable.
• Elementary understanding of mining processes and equipment.
