Due to continued and rapid growth, we are accepting applications for the Robotic Field Manager position within our Joint Replacement and Robotics teams in Perth, WA.

The Role:

To lead the Robotic Clinical Specialists and Clinical Consulting team to provide superior customer support, clinical training and education, increase utilization of robotics in the region and advancement in both traditional joint replacement and Mako/Robotics in line with the Sales teams goals and plans.

To be successful you will:

• Work with Regional Managers, State Business Manager and Mako teams to maximize the use of Mako System

• Coach and influence team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience and increase brand awareness of Stryker’s joint replacement product offering

• Facilitate sales demand for Stryker products – enhancing Stryker’s credibility in the market through the provision of product, systems and usage knowledge to key stakeholders

• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and competitor awareness across new technology and products and make informed recommendations to the sales team

• Manage the whole teams training plans for all joint replacement and Mako products

• Manage the allocation of case coverage and support for the region

Skills and Experience:

• Exposure to medical environments, particularly hospital theatres

• Technical proficiency including product knowledge, knowledge of the medical and hospital industries to provide technical expertise and training to staff and clients

• Proven success managing business relationships

• Proven track record of people management with the ability to coach and develop a large teams

• Passion for developing people, combined with a drive to succeed will ensure your success in this role
