The Role
This position is responsible for guiding customers through all service offerings and assist them to find a solution and make key decisions.
Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound calls and customer enquiries
· Provide customers with support and knowledge of the company’s service offerings
· Guide customers through online signup process
· Consult over the phone asking effective questions to create an individual personalised offering
· Provide advice and guidance to employees to assist them to make decisions
· Assist customers to resolve enquiries, complaints and requests
· Provide ongoing account management support and build strong relationships
About You
- Customer service experience, in a phone-based position including sales
- Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPI’s including sales targets
- Superior time management and organisational skills
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Examples of strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability and willingness to adapt to different situations
- Available to work on a rotating roster 8am – 7:30pm latest finish time
