Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 


  • Undertake a range of simple and complex records management tasks to support the records management needs of the department and the Manager Records Services.
  • Assist in the administration of the Department’s EDRMS (Content Manager) including issue investigation and solution development, and the continued roll out of CM across the Department.
  • Provide first point of contact for advice, support and assistance on records management enquiries, and the EDRMS, including complex technical enquires and liaison with external service providers.
  • Deliver programed group and individual training to staff on the operation of the EDRMS and records management policy and practice, including creating and updating training material and advice sheets as required.
  • Undertake small projects under the general direction of the Manager, Records Services.
  • Assist with the development of records management policies, procedures and training material.
  • Assist other Records Services staff as required - this may be across multiple locations.

Desirable Requirements

  • Certificate in Record keeping or willingness to undertake the requisite course.
  • Experience with Content Manager (previously known as Records Manager and TRIM)
