Hours/Period of Appointment

Permanent, full time, day work working 76 hours per fortnight to commence as soon as possible. Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant. 

Duties

Provide quality human resource services to managers and employees, with a focus on policy and change management processes and their application in accordance with the Tasmanian State Service (TSS) framework. The position works closely across the Human Resource (HR) units, assisting with policy development and implementation and with change management processes, providing sound advice and support to managers and employees on the application and compliance of these.

Desirable Requirement

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
