Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)
Duties
The Executive Assistant provides administrative, secretariat and organisational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Director Quality and Academic Services (Director) including liaison between the COO/Director and relevant stakeholders.
The occupant will be responsible for providing effective administrative, secretarial and organisational assistance to the COO and the Director and for the efficient day-to-day management and security of the office. The occupant will manage the flow of information and correspondence to and from the office, including the initiation and composition of routine correspondence and the handling of routine matters on behalf of the COO/Director. The Executive Assistant creates a welcoming office environment that demonstrates a culture of respect, positivity and efficiency.
Essential Requirements
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment)
The Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 requires persons undertaking work in a regulated activity to be registered. A regulated activity is a child related service or activity defined in the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014. This registration must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of this may be checked at any time during employment.
