We have a 12 month contract opportunity for a fun, honest, highly professional and organised person to join the claims department as a Personal Assistant to work alongside our senior home and lodgements management team.
About the role:
- Assist the senior managers in managing their time effectively
- Be responsible for co-ordinating numerous meetings and special projects (including events)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Add your own X-factor to an exciting and energetic team
- Planning and coordinating meetings and functions, including minute taking and report distribution
About you:
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in a similar, high-level administration role
- Proven ability to thrive within a fast-paced working environment
- Self-directed and driven to succeed
- Sound computer literacy including proficiency with the MS Office Suite
You will need to be a "master of organisation", being fast enough to shift from one task to another in our dynamic environment. You will need to be incredibly self-motivated and a person who uses their initiative to follow up without being reminded. You must be passionate about Youi and have demonstrated your commitment to delivering awesome service.
