The Office of the Secretary supports the Secretary's leadership of DPC and the VPS by providing strategic, administrative, and other support directly to the Secretary, often on sensitive matters. The Office also manages departmental liaison matters with the Premier's Private Office and other portfolio Ministerial Offices.

The Recovery Tracking and Analytics Branch partners with DPC policy groups and departments to provide coordinated policy advice on recovery projects and programs across government to the Premier and Cabinet.

The Recovery Tracking and Analytics Branch is looking to recruit outstanding, talented and passionate individuals to multiple Senior Policy Officer positions within the Recovery Tracking and Coordination and the Recovery Analytics and Delivery Support teams. The Branch works across government to provide coordinated reporting and analysis to support implementation of the government's recovery agenda.

In this role you will support the branch in its strategic analysis and policy advice, data analysis and visualisation work, recovery program tracking, stakeholder consultation and contribute to advice to the Premier, the Secretary and senior DPC executives.

You will have the opportunity to work across government to build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a proactive self-starter with a passion for public policy, a good understanding of government processes, innovative thinking, strong networking skills and an ability to work in a complex, sensitive and fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
