• Location: Melbourne The Land Registry Services (LRS) Division is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join their dynamic, flexible and supportive team.

Land Use Victoria plays a pivotal role in the Victorian Government's responsibility for providing effective property markets through the integrity and efficiency of its land administration systems. LRS is a group within Land Use Victoria, and its role is to provide the Victorian community with land registry and property information services.

The primary purpose of the position is to provide specialist technical advice for the electronic lodgment of land dealings and registrations for property transactions and applications. The position will require expertise in conducting conveyancing and property transactions, the ability to gather technical requirements in relation to these transactions and liaise with key stakeholders to further develop and maintain the national electronic conveyancing system. 

The position will offer the opportunity to influence and contribute at the forefront of change in national electronic conveyancing to reform practices and strengthen the customer experience. The position provides a dynamic work environment within a flexible and supportive culture and will suit a highly organised and self-motivated individual. 

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer with, a minimum of 5 years' experience conducting conveyancing transactions, including substantial e-settlement experience.
