JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a part-time Bookkeeper and Operations assistant to help us with our bookkeeping and payroll
Working 1-2 days a week alongside a fun and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career. This role has the potential to become a full-time role for the right person.

Design-led, purpose-driven and quality-focused, we're set to grow in Australia and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Xero management
- Fortnightly payroll
- Expense and receipt entry
- Approving and managing timesheet entries for our team of 7 casuals
- Expense entry for our team of 3 full-timers
- General financial management and reporting
- Assistance with general operations such as online order management
Requirements:
- Expert in Xero
- Organised
- Time-efficient
- Friendly
- Positive
- Knowledge of tax systems and F&B awards
- A keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
