We're looking for a part-time Bookkeeper and Operations assistant to help us with our bookkeeping and payroll

Working 1-2 days a week alongside a fun and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career. This role has the potential to become a full-time role for the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Xero management
  • Fortnightly payroll
  • Expense and receipt entry
  • Approving and managing timesheet entries for our team of 7 casuals
  • Expense entry for our team of 3 full-timers
  • General financial management and reporting
  • Assistance with general operations such as online order management


Requirements:

  • Expert in Xero
  • Organised
  • Time-efficient

  • Knowledge of tax systems and F&B awards
  • A keen eye for detail
