- Permanent part time (Approximately 22 hours per fortnight)

About the Emergency Department
Barwon Health is the largest regional health service in Victoria, providing care for approximately 64,000 emergency presentations per year. Under Barwon Health’s new emergency model of care patients are streamed to dedicated assessment areas including fast track, adult, paediatric, resuscitation, trauma and mental health areas. Our mission is to improve access and patient flow to provide a sustainable service that ensures high quality, safe, people-focused care.
About the role
Multiple opportunities exist within the Emergency Department (ED) at University Hospital Geelong for a Patient Liaison Officer. You will be able to provide outstanding levels of customer service to patients and public in our ED, whilst providing vital clerical support to the ED Nursing and Medical staff, and assisting the ED Admin Manager in promoting Barwon Health’s Private Patient Strategies.
