Accounts Receivable Officer – North Ryde

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join and support our Credit Team in North Ryde.
With such a dynamic role, here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure accounts are paid within agreed trading terms
- Allocating a high volume of payments
- Ensure any branches in arrears are followed up to resolve issues
- Forwarding claims to the appropriate sales and customer service teams
- Liaise with the appropriate internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Achieving and exceeding set KPI's
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally
So, what will make you an excellent fit?
- Previous experience in a high-volume transactional processing environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally
- Resilience to cope with any pressure coupled with an eagerness to carry out tasks correctly and efficiently
- Strong systems experience - SAP is highly desirable
- Most of all, a friendly and positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
