Master Data & Pricing Analyst (Maternity Leave Contract) - North Ryde

We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, solar, bricks and roof tiles.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated professional to join our team as our new Master Data & Pricing Analyst on a maternity leave contract. Reporting to the General Manager Customer Operations, your primary purpose will be to ensure compliance to master data standards in accordance with policy and procedure. You will be responsible for managing master data improvement projects and actively participate in projects requiring master data maintenance.
This role will be based at Head Office in North Ryde, close to trains and buses.
Key responsibilities include;
- Ensure supply and install customer pricing and vendor pricing is processed in SAP in a timely and accurate manner;
- Create and maintain service materials, customer material info. records, truck and suburb master data in SAP;
- Ensure compliance to all master data conventions and defined standards from business master data personnel;
- Identify areas for improvement in master data process and maintenance;
- Assist the National Pricing Analyst in their responsibilities including:
- Customer price changes
- Implementation of Bradford price rises
- National Customer price files
- Customer Trading arrangement forms
- Educate internal customers on process for material and pricing maintenance in SAP;
- Carry out testing on new SAP functionality relating to master data.
To secure this role you will ideally need to demonstrate;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a collaborative working style;
- The ability to interact with people at all levels across the business;
- Strong SAP ECC6 knowledge: SD, MM, PP and MS Excel skills;
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritise and manage multiple tasks;
- Strong attention to detail.
