About the role

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Grower Experience Supervisor to assist on a contract for up to 12 months, based at our offices in Wagga Wagga. The role will Supervise the Grower Experience team including seasonal casuals. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Interviewing, recruitment, onboarding and training of harvest casual staff in preparation for harvest
  • Manage all rostering, time attendance and pay runs for casual staff
  • Manage team compliance to process and procedure manuals ensuring tasks are completed to standard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with growers

About your experience

Candidates will have prior experience managing a team in an agriculture or similar industry. Candidates will also display:

  • Demonstrated ability in providing a high level of customer service 
  • Advanced computing skills – Excel, Word, Access
  • The ability to lead both a permanent and casual workforce

Progressed candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.
