Implementing a new operating model, currently in planning stage - join this energetic, fun team on an end to end piece - where I promise you no two days will be the same!

Key deliverables

  1. Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the details of the change and impacted groups, including identification of potential organisational risks and anticipated and anticipated points of resistance internally and externally, and the development of specific change plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  2. Develop change management scope and plans (i.e. communication, coaching and training plans) required for the business transformation in line with the organisational project and change frameworks
  3. Complete change impact assessments on people and processes and present analysis with recommendations to leadership of impacted areas.
  4. Develop programs to promote increased employee adoption and usage, focused on identifying potential points of resistance to change and developing counter strategies.
  5. Support and provide guidance to business owners in the development of team structures, position descriptions and organisational and individual capability requirements.
  6. Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change.
  7. Work with the team to create and manage stakeholder communications to ensure they remain engaged and committed through the change.
  8. Develop and maintain regular status reporting as it relates to the change program initiative including budgets, progress, risks and status
