OUR CLIENT is a fast-growing boutique agency specializing across a full range of Property Services. Located in the heart of Burwood this is a team that builds fantastic relationships with the extensive community. Headed up by a Director that has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 10 years, we are seeking a talented individual to joining a high performing team and work across both Building and Property Management.
The Role:
As the Property Management Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Property Management administration duties
- Periodic Inspections / Condition Reports / Final Inspections
- Arrears, Rent reviews, Repairs & Maintenance
- Property Management Ad-hoc duties
- Responsible for working with customers’ operation groups at all levels and identifying property management needs and introducing appropriate services
- Integration of all services to ensure alignment and efficiencies.
- Manages and liaises with other internal stakeholders such as owner’s corporations, strata, owners, tenants
- REST
- Approve and/or support business case development
- Previous Real Estate experience
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Strong organization and administration skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor with professional standards of dress
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
