About the Role 

The Senior Business Analyst starting late February on a 6 month contract paying up to $800 a day + super. The role will primarily based in Sydney CBD with the option for flexible location (within NSW).

The objective of the role is to be the conduit between the Technology group, process designer and the business to ensure that business requirements are crystal clear and lead to the development of a Service Now form that meets the needs of the business.

• Working on detailed swim lane based process maps and will need to translate these into user stories for each. 
• Work and communicate with business SME’s to flesh out the detail of their requirements. 
• Work on the development of user test cases and the UAT cycle to ensure the forms designed are fit for purpose.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering and validation with business SME’s.

• Scrum master experience and the ability to write user stories.
• Must have agile experience and ability to write and interpret process maps.
• Must have experience working in large complex organisations with any government sector exposure looked upon favourably. 
• Experience in developing user test cases and running UAT
