Our client is the provider of serviced offices, meeting rooms and virtual office services, located in the CBD. This role is responsible for handling enquiries, booking appointments, greeting clients and their customers as well as invoicing and the daily setting up of offices and services.

You will be part of a small close knit team with a relaxed and friendly culture servicing a great client base.

Ideally you will be able to work 4 days per week next year and be interested in a full time office management role in a few years' time.

To be successful in your application you will need:

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service and basic administration
  • A positive attitude
  • A friendly and professional phone manner
  • Excellent presentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Exposure to MYOB is desirable

This role will commence as casual with a view to permanent part time.
