About the role

Based at Kooragang this full-time role is to source suitable materials for processing at our Recycling operations. A proven track record in sales account management and industry experience will be important in managing customer relationships to grow the business. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager (Sydney), the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong personal drive and the ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders.

Duties

  • Support Boral’s key objective of zero harm to people and the environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customers receive high quality service. This will include customers across varying segments including statutory authorities (RMS, Government), civil and demolition contractors and internal businesses
  • Provide customers with sales and technical support
  • Meet and report on KPI targets through weekly call planners and monthly forecasts
  • Maintain all administrative duties associated with the role in a timely manner
  • Ensure continuous improvement with innovative ideas in all aspects of sales and marketing

Skills & experience

  • Proven ability and experience in account management
  • Previous experience within construction industry
  • Personal drive and results focused
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to self-organise and prioritise competing deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
