The Opportunity

Berry Street is undertaking an IT transformation with the objective to modernise and build a robust mature technology environment which will develop the technology services into an organisation enabler, provide future readiness and enable the organisation to continue to provide high quality services.

Adopting a collaborative and structured approach, the Business Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis which enable effective implementation and embedding of new integrated fundraising and marketing automation systems to drive increased supporter engagement and sustainable income growth for Berry Street. The Business Analyst will work closely with vendors and stakeholders to support the Project Manager to deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis, modelling and insights on current processes, technical capabilities and optimisation opportunities in relation to Berry Street’s Fundraising and Marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Fundraising, Analytics and Marketing teams.
  • Enables effective implementation and embedding of new integrated fundraising and marketing automation systems, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders

About You

  • Skilled at designing and delivering quality business outcomes in complex technical projects, working across the full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
  • Experience implementing contemporary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation platforms – Experience with Fundraising systems highly desirable.
  • Ability to present alternative outcomes, propose solutions and ‘think outside the box" to drive innovation, courage to challenge and disrupt the status quo.
  • Advanced understanding of Information Management systems and business processes, ideally in the Human Services/NFP sector.
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
