Looking for a change of scenery? This magnificent resort is seeking confident, capable and experienced Food and Beverage Superstars to join their reopening team. Located in the Northern Territory, this stunning venue is a renowned landmark in the Australian tourism landscape and they require a Barista, Bar Staff, Mixologist, F&B Attendants and Supervisors to work across their multiple outlets. You will be a F&B hospitality professional looking to use your proven experience and skills to advance your career and showcase your talents in a variety of restaurant operations, functions and banquets, coffee and bar.

About You:

You will bring your enthusiasm and willingness to grow in a constructive environment and play an important role in the delivery of great front-of-house customer service, working alongside a strong and efficient team. You will have the opportunity to gain experience working alongside other like-minded F&B professionals.

You will have: 

  • At least 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience from multiple F&B operations from a la carte restaurants, function/banquet venues, event centres and bars will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage offerings
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise service
  • A valid RSA is essential
  • Be able to follow direction, show great customer service initiative while delivering a consistent and exceptional service ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills and good organisational skills
  • An outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic demeanour
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Police Check or willing to obtain one
