Job Description

Are you ready to get moving and make a difference to Defence Force Members and their families? You will play a critical role in alleviating the stress of relocating through your case management activities designed to make their move as seamless as possible by taking overall responsibility from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and facilitating the provision of relocation services inclusive of removal services, travel and accommodation bookings and associated allowance/benefit payments.
  • Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Liaise with multiple defence organisations, defence personnel and their families.
  • Activation and co-ordination of 3rd party suppliers and vendors who provide accommodation , travel , housing, and removal services to customers
  • Ensure all deliverables are met within timeframes, striving for continuous quality outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Customer service experience in a large organisation, preferably in an administrative environment where service excellence & service recovery are central themes.
  • Experience with case management would be advantageous, this includes an ability to interpret , explain and apply policy to a wide ranging customer base in a high energy environment
  • Experience in Global Mobility , Assignment Management , Managed services, Insurance or Travel Industry would be advantageous.
