The Role

Due to the recent hailstorms in Queensland, we are seeking interest from resilient, empathetic and motivated people wanting to help the affected people and families in their time of need.

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our customers and clients at all stages of a claim. You will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues and have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do whilst achieving cost-effective and timely outcomes.

Ideally, you will have experience managing claims end to end, be able to work in a high-pressure environment whilst providing exceptional customer service.
