Slip is a well-established Australian-owned beauty brand, selling to major high-end international retailers including Sephora, Nordstrom, Sephora, and NET-A-PORTER to name a few. 

We require an experienced graphic designer with a proven track record and excellent references to join our hard-working, dynamic, and friendly team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the CEO, Managing Director, Brand Manager and in-house design team to roll out all company marketing, packaging, product design, e-commerce visuals, POS materials and more.
• Packaging (Highly Regarded) - Work with existing templates to roll out new colours and styles. Conceptualise new packaging for upcoming product launches.
• Photo Re-Touching (Highly Regarded) - Re- Touch Product based Images for E-Commerce (Photography Experience also Beneficial). 
• Video: Conceptualise and create short marketing and branding videos for e-commerce and social platforms. 
• Deliver artwork that is to the brief, on brand, maintaining a consistent look and feel. 
• Contribute to the creative development of the brand. Be involved in the strategic roll out of graphics and marketing. 
• Manage priority list, multi-task, meet deadlines and deliver artwork from concept to completion - to brief. 
• Marketing, Web Marketing and Shopify experience will be highly regarded
• EDM experience necessary - must have proven experience in designing edms on a regular ongoing basis 

Skills Required:

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years proven graphic design experience in the workplace.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign essential.
• Photo-Editing (Photography experience would also be beneficial).
• Video editing would be highly beneficial.
• Ability to take direction/ constructive feedback. 
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. 
• Ability to problem solve and provide the best possible design solutions.
• A genuine interest in the beauty and fashion industry would be beneficial. 
• Marketing, Web Marketing, Klaviyo, JustUno and Shopify experience will be highly regarded
