The Role
We are seeking a Stores Coordinator with some understanding of Rope Access and/or Mechanical trades to join our team based in our Wangara offices. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday with additional overtime where operationally required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day procurement and inventory management and associated planning and scheduling for all upcoming works
- Materials Receipt & Dispatch
- Liaise with Line Managers to review project workload
- Maintenance and inspection of in-house equipment, as required
- Ensure all required equipment is calibrated and fit for use
- Testing and tagging of electrical equipment
- Collecting equipment from suppliers
- Sourcing and hiring of required plant
- Monitor PPE, tools and equipment and advise when equipment is required
- Inspection and re-certification of Rope Access equipment
- Attend operational and planning meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site at all times.
- General warehouse duties where required
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- A forklift ticket and demonstrated experience safely operating a forklift in a busy warehouse.
- Experience in Ropes Access (Desirable)
- Knowledge of boilermaking and/or mechanical trades
- Test and Tag certificate
- A current drivers licence (manual)
- A reliable, hardworking and punctual approach to work.
- A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
