Team Assistant FFI

Roster: Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level of a rapidly expanding, dynamic, global green energy business. Fortescue Future Industries is currently undertaking a rapid expansion and are seeking applications for an Assistant to support three of our Energy Management Team members.

Supporting the Manager, Energy and Power (Strategy and Legal), Manager, Hydrogen and Manager, Business Services, this would suit a candidate who is in the early stages of their career and looking for a development opportunity.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Diary, calendar and appointment management
• Raising Purchase Orders in SAP
• On boarding vendors
• General administration support

In order to be successful in this role:

• Candidates must be able to bring a flexible mindset, challenge traditional thinking, and be prepared to work outside of their comfort zone
• Good understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Understanding of SAP (advantageous)
• Fantastic interpersonal skills and a great communicator
• Tenacious and hard working
