We help to provide Victorians with quality oral healthcare through The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne (RDHM) and by purchasing dental services for public patients from more than 50 community health agencies throughout Victoria. About the role DHSV is on a transformational journey to continually improve the oral health outcomes for our community. To contribute to this strategy, we have created a new position for a senior leader in our Primary Care unit – the Clinical Manager – Primary Care. The Clinical Manager will be primarily providing clinical leadership in the Primary Care Unit and will support all clinicians to work within and to the top of their clinical scope of practice to support improved oral health outcomes for our patients. A key focus area will be to lead and manage a team of clinicians, whilst also using your exceptional competence in general dental work to carry out a broad range of complex dental procedures. This is an opportunity to work with other clinical leaders across the hospital to drive initiatives that improve clinical care, and to directly impact both the patient and staff experience within the unit.
