About the role:We are currently seeking experienced, results focused customer service professionals to join our team on a Part Time Basis, to join our team at Moorabbin. These roles are working Monday to Friday, with a rotating weekly roster of 7am - 12pm & 12pm - 5pm. Candidates must be able to do both. In a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to): Ensuring the environment is always customer friendlyProviding a caring and professional service during all customer interactions and managing the customer return to collect vehicle process to the customers delight.Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their SMART experience To be Considered you will: Have previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environmentStrive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interactionHave high attention to detailBe organised and has exceptional time management skillsBuild rapport in person as well as over the phoneWork well in a teamApplicants need to be available for both of the above shifts as it is a set, rotating weekly roster What we offer you!
