Hotel All-Rounder – Island Venue, South Australia

We are currently seeking a Hotel All-Rounder for an Island venue in South Australia.
Package:
$60,000 Salary
Free Accommodation and Duty Meals – Hotel room upstairs with ensuite
Duties:
- Cleaning of public areas – bar, bistro, toilets etc
- Cleaning of hotel accommodation – 6 hotel rooms upstairs
- General Bar and Bistro duties – serving drinks, taking orders, delivering meals, clearing tables etc
- Kitchen Hand work – dishes, cleaning, prep work
- Assist in other departments and perform other duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Must have a current RSA
- Strong public bar & bottleshop experience advantageous – in a ‘pub’ environment
- Previous experience with Swiftpos advantageous
Other Information:
- Access via ferry or regular flights
- Telstra Mobile Coverage (very patchy Optus)
