Edwin Wine Bar & Cellar opened in April in conjunction with the Melbourne’s newest luxury hotel – Shadow Play by Peppers in the city’s vibrant Southbank arts and entertainment district. We are seeking passionate and driven individual to take on the role of F&B Supervisor Positioned as one of Melbourne’s top food & wine experiences, Edwin Wine Bar & Cellar joined the Melbourne restaurant with an extensive curated wine list which has a distinct Victorian flavour. Our food shares a sense of familiarity yet a sense of refinement with a share plate, micro seasonal food experience. The Edwin Cellar also plays host to an ever evolving seasonal wine programme helmed by Edwin’s sommelier and local wine experts offering a truly unique wine and food experience further reinforcing the brand in the local wine bar scene. Getting to know the role and your responsibilities As F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of our food service delivery, together with the Venue Manager & Head Chef, you will work to develop our dining concepts and cuisine styles for our signature restaurant & wine bar. You will Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and coordinating all Food & Beverage activities during your rostered shifts to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the department. Furthermore, to establish a reputation of excellence and create a known identity for the operation, building up a regular client base.
