JOB DESCRIPTION

Melbourne based hospitality operators, Only Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join the rapidly expanding group. With 17 venues in the portfolio we're seeking a professional, experienced and motivated professional to join the team.


The successful candidate will have experience as Executive Chef with a restaurant, cafe or catering organisation. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with the executive team to ensure all bench marks are met weekly. You will also be responsible for all recruitment of back of house staff.


The opportunity for growth and future equity is also negotiable. Salary is 100k + super subject to negotiation.


Responsibilities

  • Manage finances for kitchen operations
  • Manage all menus in conjunction of the BOH COO
  • Oversee menu creation and costings
  • Train junior personnel
  • Meet labour and COG bench marks


Qualifications

  • Chef qualifications
  • 4+ years of kitchen experience
  • Experience in leading and supervising teams
  • Experience working within budget constraints
  • Experience in managing multiple stores/outlets
