Description

The Role:

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and management of B2C and B2B campaigns with a focus on inbound sales generation and market awareness across offline and online marketing activities including advertising, direct marketing, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and evaluate various integrated marketing campaigns to deliver strategic customer acquisition objectives;
  • Lead the development of campaign plans and calendars;
  • Ensure that the appropriate controls, processes and reporting are in place to effectively manage campaign activity and provide relevant reports;
  • Set and monitor budgets for all campaign activity and manage the development and fulfilment of campaign reporting;

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be customer focused and have experience in developing, implementing and evolving marketing activities, ideally gained from deregulated service market industries such as telecommunications, utilities, energy and financial services. You will also have experience working with external creative and media agencies and can manage positive relationships with them. You possess superb communication and collaboration skills. You will drive engagement and able to motivate others to action.
