Nobody Denim has developed a unique clothing range that produces one of the world's finest five pocket jeans, accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia. Nobody Denim is sold worldwide and has manufacturing, wholesale and retail operations currently employing close to 80 staff.


With big plans and aggressive targets for our online store, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Superstar. The successful candidate will be tasked with responding to all customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.


  • Develop a culture of wowing customers, achieving service levels and issue resolution times that are simply unheard of.
  • Champion the views of customers and report on trends and feedback to share internally to improve everything we do.
  • Build reporting and dashboards to track progress and highlight reoccurring issues. Providing the business with monthly reports on customer engagement, issues and solutions.
  • Bring to life the voice of the business by instilling brand tone of voice in all communications.
  • Work with the CRM & Loyalty Coordinator to leverage Chat Flows, Messenger, notifications and onsite pop-ups to drive sales and improve conversion rate on nobodydenim.com.
  • Be a brand custodian with exceptional product knowledge, providing styling tips, advice and product recommendations.
  • Positively and proactively resolve system issues, order delays and complaints.
  • Raise investigations and chase lost, misplace or undelivered parcels with DHL, Australia Post & other shipping providers, communicating with the customer at every step of the way.
  • Ensure efficient processing of all exchanges, refunds and faulty items, working to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working with the dispatch team to assist in creating seamless e-commerce operations & order fulfilment process.
