The role:

The position of Coffee Account Manager is located in either Sydney or Melbourne and reports to the Sales Team Leader of Lavazza Australia OCS. You will be responsible for generating new sales accounts and for managing existing clients. Be part of a dynamic and cooperative team environment.


  • Growing the presence in the roles allocated industries by developing and nurturing a pipeline of growth opportunities
  • Generating new sales accounts, managing and maintaining existing customers
  • Assisting to develop innovative in-market plans to successfully support growth
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure retention
  • Negotiating trading terms and agreements with customers
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities

Successful candidate:

· A strong work ethic and passion for coffee

· Previous sales experience within B2B

· Create and drive new leads

· Proven experience in successfully developing and managing a sales pipeline and developing strategies for growth

· Strong communication and customer engagement skills

· Commercial and financial business acumen

· The drive and passion for developing positive working relationships, both internally & externally

· Previous experience in a Coffee and/or OCS industry sales team role preferred
