About the team



Our national Business & Private Client Advisory team led by 10 Partners, work together to provide effective solutions and expertise to our clients across a broad range of sectors including the property and construction, not-for-profit, education, hospitality and automotive industries. This role sits within our Property and Construction team.


Responsibilities


  • Deliver compliance and consulting services for a portfolio of clients, working closely with other team members
  • Preparation of financial statements and management reports for all types of business entities including tax returns and corporate secretarial records and projects
  • Liaise directly with the ATO to ensure all clients meet their compliance obligations
  • Build relationships with clients and develop your technical and interpersonal skills
  • Share knowledge with junior team members


Skills and experience


  • Degree qualified and working towards completion of your CA
  • 2 years’ experience working in Business Services in a Chartered Accounting firm
  • Exposure to the fundamentals of tax and financial accounting
  • Strong time management skills and are able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated track record of providing excellent client service
  • Prior experience working with APS, MYOB, Microsoft Excel and Xero
  • Exposure working for clients within the property and construction industry desirable
