We like to think of ourselves as geeky in a good way!We are looking for a fulltime experienced, bubbly, and ambitious digital account manager who can win the hearts of our clients and the trust of our internal team. The account manager will be the face of the business linking the client to the marketing/analytics team. You’ll oversee multiple, concurrent small to medium-sized clients across SEO, PPC, Social, Analytics, and chatbots. Day to day, your role includes: Working with the marketing and analytics team to strengthen our relationship with the clients, becoming their go-to resource – you’ll win them over by asking the right questions, agilely leading insightful, real-time dialogue, and being a visible and influential presence.Maintain and manage campaign timelines and provide regular updates to your team and to clients.Working alongside our senior sales manager assisting with proposal writing, editing, and deliveryRunning client onboarding workshops and assisting the marketing team with acquiring access to all client digital accounts, managing client expectations, and being the main point of contact.Steering actionable briefs and presenting work confidently and persuasivelyLiaising client objectives and needs to the marketing team. Creating dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departmentsUncovering new opportunities for account growth and working with the sales team to realise the new opportunitiesManaging client monthly reportingDisplaying a firm understanding of the client team’s structure, hierarchy, and political realitiesKnowing all there is to know about the client’s product or service, the market and its consumer – and understanding the marketing objectives in terms of sales, market-share, and competitor products To qualify for this role, you must tick the boxes on the following: Degree educated with marketing, analytical, or business qualifications and minimum 2+ years experience working in a marketing roleExceptional organisational skillsHave a passion for data and digital marketingExcellent teamwork and promising leadership skills.
